Dont lose sleep. Ever. Again.

PopEye, CQM Analytics API

PopEye is a REST API that connects with the ONC-supported popHealth system for computing Meaningful Use Clinical Quality Measures (CQM). Using the PopEye API your EHR becomes MU 2015 edition compliant in a matter of days. PopEye was the winner of the ONC popHealth challenge.

PopEye has been used to compute MU measures for hundreds of providers with a combined patient base of approximately 1 million. PopEye can significantly reduce your cost (and headaches) for maintaining a MU analytics service for your EHR users.

Already have a Solution. Need Consulting?

We have helped our EHR clients be ranked among the top MU certified companies based on Clinical Quality Measures calculations supported by their products. We will work closely with your development team to identify gaps, fix errors, scale your CQM analytics service and get certified for more measures.

Winner of #ONC #popHealth challenge: popEye. Links quality measurement to patient engagement- elegant!

2015 MU Edition (New)

We have customized the core popHealth system to make it compatible with the new Meaningful Use 2015 Edition Final Rule requirements such as:

  • Including new filtering (107.315(c)(4)) requirements of problem lists, TIN, NPI and so on.
  • Ability to record and export (107.315 (c)(1)) QRDA-I and III files by providers.
  • Ability to import (107.315 (c)(2))QRDA-I and perform calculations.

A Simple RESTful API that easily integrates with your existing EHR system. You can integrate using a CCDA interface or use our simple JSON data format to upload patient data into the calculator.

PopEye can be set up as a cloud based service or as an on-premise solution.

Its scalability allows EHR and healthcare organizations to use it in a multi-practice environment over millions of patient records with simple API calls. It is powered by MapReduce technology that was originally developed by and in-use at Google.

  • Integrate PopEye with a single user or a group practice with multiple providers – PopEye handles all such scenarios.
  • PopEye provides a simple UI for providers to download their QRDAs for attestation.
  • Single Sign-on capability lets your EHR users seamlessly switch between the EHR and CQM UIs.

  • You can use the PopEye API to enable large bulk uploads/exports or perform incremental data updates as per your needs.
  • We also offer custom APIs for operations specific for your installation.
