JKCovid Symptom Tracker app is designed to track symptoms of COVID-19 infection in people quarantined at the various Quarantine Centers and Home Quarantined across Jammu and Kashmir, India. Monitoring the health of quarantined people will help in controlling the spread of the coronavirus infection in the community.
Instructions to download app:

- Tap the APK to begin the installation process.
- Android will ask you to grant permission.
- Navigate to your phone settings menu then to the security settings.
- Enable the Install from Unknown Sources option.
- Tap again the APK to begin the installation process.
- The app should safely install.

The District Disaster Management Authority is a national organization that is responsible for making recommendations, preparations and implementation of disaster management plans and suggesting effective mitigation plans. The current emergency situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic needs to be monitored and controlled at the earliest. Applied Informatics, a healthcare information technology solutions company developed the mobile application, JKCOVID Symptom Tracker for tracking COVID-19 symptoms in people who are quarantined.
