What is popEYE?
popEYE is a population health analytics system for Meaningful Use Clinical Quality Metrics (CQM) Calculations. popEYE provides a REST API so that EHR vendors or Healthcare organizations can calculate CQMs in a multi-practice environment in a scalable manner over millions of patient records with simple API calls.
popEYE is built over the ONC’s reference popHealth/Cypress implementation hence it is “future proof” in terms of adhering to every-changing regulations and lets you focus on what your product.

Integration
A Simple RESTful API integration with your existing EHR system. Integrate using a CCDA interface or use our simple JSON data format to upload patient data into the calculator.
popEYE can be set up as cloud based service or within your network.
Scalability
Scale to millions of patients and handle spikes with an scalable architecture (from just 3 to 100 of servers) powered by the MapReduce technology (originally developed by and in-use at Google)
Configurability
Integrate popEYE with a single user or a group practice with multiple providers – popEYE handles all such scenarios. A simple UI for providers to download their QRDAs for attestation. Single Sign-on capability lets your EHR users seamlessly switch between EHR and CQM UI.
Customization
A flexible API to enable large bulk uploads/exports or perform incremental data updates as per your needs. We also offer custom APIs for operations specific for your installation.
